Report Exposes U.S. Charities Funding Groups Tied To Hamas And PFLP
Tax-deductible American organizations caught funneling money to terror-linked entities under the guise of aid.

A new bombshell report reveals that numerous U.S.-based charities and financial service providers have been quietly funneling money to organizations tied to U.S.-designated terrorist groups, including Hamas and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).
Published by the Jerusalem-based NGO Monitor, the report uncovers how these terror-linked groups are exploiting American tax laws raising funds through tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations and donor-advised financial services, effectively using U.S. soil to bankroll anti-Israel and anti-American activities.
Key findings from the report:
Foundation for Middle East Peace (FMEP), a Washington, D.C.-based charity, funded groups like Al-Haq, Al Mezan, DCI-P, and the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) all linked to terrorist organizations.
Open Society Foundations, founded by George Soros, donated over $1.6 million to these same entities between 2020-2025.
Other major donors include Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Grassroots International, and the Cultures of Resistance Network, all directing funds to PFLP-affiliated groups.
These so-called “human rights” NGOs aren’t innocent. Many have direct ties to terror:
Al-Haq’s director, Shawan Jabarin, has been identified as a senior PFLP member.
DCI-P and UAWC have employed individuals arrested for participating in PFLP terror cells, including those responsible for a deadly bombing that killed a 17-year-old Israeli.
PCHR’s founder, Raji Sourani, openly admitted his PFLP membership and has been denied entry into the U.S.
Al Mezan’s leadership has close ties to Hamas; its director shared a panel with deceased Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar.
The report also highlights how financial platforms like Stripe Inc. and donor services such as Charities Aid Foundation are processing donations for these groups, providing legitimacy and financial infrastructure.
Adding insult to injury, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund funneled millions to anti-Israel organizations, some of which openly celebrated Hamas’s brutal October 7 attack on Israeli civilians.
What’s worse? Despite undeniable evidence, the very charities responsible either refused to comment or denied wrongdoing, continuing to abuse America's tax laws under the cloak of humanitarian aid.
It’s clear terror financing is being facilitated right under Washington’s nose, aided by U.S.-based foundations and financial institutions more concerned with ideology than legality.
While the Biden administration sits idle, American citizens are unwittingly subsidizing groups with clear, documented ties to organizations responsible for terrorism and violence against civilians.
It’s time to shut down this funding pipeline once and for all.
