Trump Teases 'Chance for Greatness' Ahead of Netanyahu White House Meeting
As Gaza war talks intensify, Trump moves to broker historic deal while UN leaders embrace Hamas talking points.

President Donald Trump is once again taking center stage in world affairs this time with an ambitious plan to broker peace in the Middle East. On Monday, Trump will host Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House for high-stakes talks aimed at securing a Gaza ceasefire, freeing hostages, and dismantling Hamas’ terrorist grip on the region.
The former and likely future commander-in-chief previewed the meeting on Truth Social Sunday, writing:
“We have a real chance for greatness in the Middle East. All are on board for something special, first time ever. We will get it done.”
While specific details remain under wraps, sources confirm that indirect talks between Israel and Hamas are already scheduled for later this week in Qatar a sign that Trump’s influence is already yielding results.
According to Vice President JD Vance, the administration’s current proposal revolves around three pillars:
The full release of Israeli hostages held in Gaza
The elimination of the Hamas terror threat to Israel
The expansion of humanitarian aid to Gaza civilians
“I feel more optimistic about where we are now than at any point in the last few months,” Vance told Fox News Sunday. “But let’s be realistic these things can unravel fast.”
Netanyahu echoed similar optimism during an exclusive Fox News interview Sunday, saying:
“We want to free our hostages. We want to get rid of Hamas rule, have Gaza demilitarized, and build a future for both Gazans and Israelis. This meeting could make that a reality.”
This is the third in-person meeting between Trump and Netanyahu since January a signal of deepening coordination between the U.S. and Israel. And while serious issues remain on the table, Monday's meeting could lay the groundwork for a once-unthinkable resolution to one of the world's longest-running conflicts.
As Trump and Netanyahu work toward real solutions, the globalist class at the United Nations is doing what it does best grandstanding and legitimizing terrorists.
During Netanyahu’s recent address at the UN General Assembly, dozens of delegates staged a walkout, leaving empty seats in a display of petty theatrics rather than diplomacy. Shortly afterward, the UN allowed Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas — whose party has paid salaries to terrorists to deliver his remarks remotely.
In that speech, Abbas accused Israel of genocide and demanded full UN recognition for a Palestinian state. The chamber responded with 30 seconds of applause for a man whose leadership has directly funded and incited terror.
While world leaders fawn over Abbas and entertain Hamas apologists, President Trump is focused on results: ending terrorism, freeing hostages, and defending America's allies.
And that’s the difference. Under Biden, the Middle East spiraled into chaos. Under Trump, peace through strength is back on the table.
If the Trump-Netanyahu summit succeeds, it could mark a turning point not just for Israel and Gaza, but for an entire region worn down by decades of empty rhetoric and cowardice from so-called "global leaders."
Trump’s message is clear: enough talk. It’s time to get it done.
