Trump Expresses Concern for Family's Safety After Assassination Attempts

Former President Warns of Increased Danger Due to Democrat Policies and Illegal Immigration.

Former President Donald Trump revealed in a recent interview that he is deeply concerned for the safety of his family after surviving two assassination attempts in recent months. Speaking to Fox News host Brian Kilmeade, Trump shared his unease following a July shooting incident during a Pennsylvania rally, as well as a second attempt last weekend when a Democrat donor with a rifle was found on his golf course.

When asked if he was worried about his family’s safety, Trump replied, “I do. I don’t talk about it, but I do. I have to worry about family. I have to worry about everybody. I worry about you.” His concern highlights the escalating threats facing him, not only from political opponents but also from a nation increasingly destabilized under the Biden-Harris administration.

Trump linked the deteriorating safety of Americans, including his own family, to the millions of illegal aliens who have entered the country under Biden's policies. “We’re under siege,” Trump said, describing the state of the nation. He warned that criminals, terrorists, and mentally unstable individuals have flooded into the U.S., leading to rising crime rates and unsafe public spaces.

Key Points from Trump's Interview:

  • Assassination attempts: Trump survived two assassination attempts, one during a rally in July and another just last weekend when a gunman was discovered on his property.

  • Illegal immigration crisis: Trump stressed that Biden's open-border policies have made the country unsafe, with criminals and terrorists entering unchecked. “Millions of people come into our country from prisons… and take over our parks,” he said, pointing to the crisis plaguing cities like New York.

  • VP debate expectations: Trump also addressed the upcoming vice presidential debate, expressing confidence in his running mate, Sen. JD Vance (R-OH). While he anticipates bias from left-wing moderators, Trump praised Vance’s toughness and commitment to the country.

As the former president gears up for another run at the White House, he faces not only political challenges but growing personal security threats. His comments underscore the danger posed by rising lawlessness and an immigration system that is spiraling out of control, leaving all Americans vulnerable.
