Starmer Urges Prince Andrew to Testify Before Congress
New Epstein-linked photos spark renewed calls for disgraced royal to face U.S. questioning under oath.

U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer publicly called on former Prince Andrew now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to testify before the United States Congress following explosive new revelations in the Epstein investigation.
The demand comes after Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released a fresh set of photos depicting the disgraced royal in compromising positions with an unidentified woman. Among the images: Mountbatten-Windsor kneeling beside a woman’s stomach and posing on the ground between her legs while looking into the camera. These images, though not explicitly criminal, deepen the disturbing questions surrounding his decades-long relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
"In terms of testifying, I have always said anybody who has got information should be prepared to share that information," Starmer said Saturday. "Epstein’s victims have to be the first priority."
That’s a bold statement from a sitting British Prime Minister but one that rings hollow if it ends with mere words. For years, Andrew has dodged accountability behind palace gates and elite legal maneuvering. He settled out of court with Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre in 2022 for an estimated $12 million, without admitting guilt, in a move many saw as a silent admission of wrongdoing under royal cover.
Now stripped of his royal titles and publicly exiled by King Charles, Andrew’s immunity cloak is all but gone. The palace confirmed in October that a formal process was underway to remove his style, titles, and honors clearly an attempt at damage control more than accountability.
But what about justice?
The latest release includes not only compromising photos, but also a screenshot of a 2011 email Epstein sent to someone referred to as “The Duke,” widely believed to be Andrew. The message adds to mounting evidence that the former prince was not just an acquaintance, but a potentially active participant or at the very least a willful enabler in Epstein’s sordid world.
Let’s not forget:
Andrew claimed in a now-infamous BBC interview that he “couldn’t sweat” due to a war injury part of a clumsy attempt to deny Giuffre’s claims.
He continued associating with Epstein even after Epstein’s first conviction, including staying at his New York mansion.
He was photographed walking with Epstein in Central Park during that time.
None of this points to innocence.
The fact that a sitting U.K. Prime Minister is now endorsing a Congressional inquiry into a former royal is a historic move but one that underscores how deep the rot goes. The Epstein web is global, and so are the elites caught in it.
Yet it’s telling that Democrats in the U.S. usually champions of political correctness are finally targeting a royal now that he’s been thoroughly disgraced. Where was this vigor when Epstein’s client list could’ve implicated their own political donors and media allies?
If Mountbatten-Windsor truly has nothing to hide, he should testify under oath before Congress. That’s what anyone else would be expected to do. And if he refuses, the message is clear: it’s not justice he seeks it’s protection.
Justice for Epstein’s victims cannot be selective. The world deserves to know who enabled and participated in the crimes committed under the guise of wealth and power. If that pursuit leads to a royal courtroom, so be it.
