Judge Rejects Peter Strzok’s Lawsuit Over FBI Firing
Anti-Trump FBI agent loses legal battle after claiming his firing violated his rights.

Peter Strzok, the disgraced former FBI agent who became a household name for his blatant anti-Trump bias during the Russia collusion hoax, just lost his long-shot attempt to sue his way back into government favor. A federal judge has firmly tossed his lawsuit, ruling that Strzok’s firing didn’t violate the Constitution despite his claims otherwise.
Strzok, who was terminated during President Trump’s first term, argued that his dismissal from the FBI violated both the First and Fifth Amendments. The court wasn’t buying it.
In a ruling signed by U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson an Obama appointee, no less the court concluded that Strzok’s supposed right to send anti-Trump texts on an FBI-issued phone while leading a politically charged investigation was outweighed by the FBI’s duty to preserve the appearance of impartiality.
“There is no evidence to support a finding that [Strzok] entered into a contract … that gave him a property interest in his tenure,” the decision reads.
Let’s not forget the timeline here. Strzok was a key figure in Crossfire Hurricane, the now-debunked FBI investigation into Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign. While leading the probe, he exchanged virulently anti-Trump texts with fellow FBI employee Lisa Page, including his now-infamous vow that “we’ll stop” Trump from becoming president.
Even Judge Jackson, who has a track record of siding with Democratic interests, admitted that the FBI had every reason to fire Strzok:
The texts created the perception of political bias within an agency tasked with impartial justice.
His use of government devices for partisan attacks undermined the integrity of federal investigations.
Keeping him on the job would have further eroded public trust in the FBI’s objectivity something already hanging by a thread after the Russia collusion farce.
The court's order also slammed Strzok’s due process argument, calling it a "misrepresentation of the facts and distortion of the chronology."
This isn’t just a legal defeat for Strzok it’s a symbolic loss for the entire anti-Trump machine that weaponized the FBI to go after a duly elected president. While Democrats continue to pretend the Russia hoax was legitimate, this ruling serves as a reminder of just how deep the rot went within our own government agencies.
And for anyone still wondering, the court has indicated that the full opinion may soon be made public. If that happens, we may learn even more about what Strzok was up to behind closed doors.
Justice is slow, but sometimes it lands exactly where it needs to.
