Illegal Alien Linked to Murder of Rachel Morin and Assault in California

Lax Border Policies Result in Violent Crime Surge Across U.S.

The tragic case of Rachel Morin, a 37-year-old mother of five brutally murdered in Maryland, has taken a darker turn as her alleged killer, Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, is now linked to additional crimes in California, including the assault of a young girl.

Hernandez, 23, crossed into the U.S. illegally amid the border crisis exacerbated by President Joe Biden’s reversal of former President Donald Trump’s stringent immigration policies. Since Biden took office, an alarming surge of approximately 10 million illegal aliens has poured across the southern border.

Key points:

  • Hernandez is accused of raping and murdering Morin six months after entering the U.S. illegally.

  • Law enforcement revealed Hernandez's crime spree originated in El Salvador and extended across multiple U.S. cities.

  • DNA evidence connected Hernandez to a home burglary and assault on a girl in Los Angeles on March 26, 2023.

The attack on Morin was shockingly violent, with her skull reportedly smashed in by a rock. Hernandez, associated with violent street gangs in El Salvador, was accused of aggravated murder in his home country after a woman he left a bar with was found dead just weeks before he illegally entered the U.S.

Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler directly attributed Morin's death to Biden's "failed immigration policies." He lamented, “This is the second time in just two years that an innocent Harford County woman has lost her life to a criminal in our country illegally.”

In light of these heinous acts, it's clear that the current administration's lax border policies are failing to protect American citizens. The disturbing pattern of violence underscores the urgent need for stronger immigration controls to prevent such tragedies from recurring.
