Tom Homan Allocates 1,400 Acres for Trump’s Large-Scale Deportation Efforts

Texas offers critical land to expedite largest removal of criminal illegal aliens in U.S. history.

President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming border czar, Tom Homan, has unveiled plans to utilize a massive 1,400-acre site in Texas as the centerpiece for the administration’s mass deportation efforts. The site, located in Starr County near the U.S.-Mexico border, will serve as a processing and detention hub for removing illegal aliens, particularly violent criminals, from the United States.

The land, purchased earlier this year by the state of Texas, was offered to the federal government in a letter from Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham. The letter pledged full cooperation to build a facility for “the largest deportation of violent criminals in the nation’s history.”

Key Details of the Plan:

  • State Support: Texas Governor Greg Abbott has backed the initiative, with Homan praising the governor’s efforts in border security, including seizures of fentanyl and arrests of trespassers.

  • Rapid Processing: The site will focus on efficient deportations, with detained individuals moving through the facility for short periods before being sent on flights to their home countries, including El Salvador and even destinations in Asia.

  • Cost Efficiency: Homan noted that utilizing the pre-purchased state land avoids the federal government’s notoriously slow and overpriced acquisition process, accelerating the timeline for action.

Homan emphasized the importance of the project during an appearance on Dr. Phil Primetime, stating, “Every ounce of fentanyl seized and every arrest made prevents further harm across the nation.” He added that the plan, currently in its final stages, reflects the Trump administration’s commitment to restoring law and order at the border.

The proposed facility has already drawn criticism from progressive groups, but Homan dismissed the opposition, framing the site as a necessary tool for combating the illegal immigration crisis. He reiterated that the focus remains on removing violent offenders and curbing the flow of deadly drugs into the U.S.

This bold move demonstrates how state and federal cooperation under the Trump administration aims to prioritize safety and uphold immigration laws. With Texas taking the lead, the 1,400-acre site could become a model for future efforts to secure America’s borders and protect its citizens.
