Hillary Clinton Dares House Oversight Chair to Make Epstein Testimony Public
Clintons agree to depositions as GOP eyes live broadcast of explosive Epstein-related hearings.

Hillary Clinton is throwing down the gauntlet in a move that could backfire spectacularly.
On Thursday, the former Secretary of State and twice-failed presidential candidate publicly challenged House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) to hold her and Bill Clinton’s upcoming depositions related to Jeffrey Epstein “in public” and “on camera.”
“You love to talk about transparency,” Clinton sneered. “There’s nothing more transparent than a public hearing, cameras on. We will be there.”
The Clintons are set to testify before the House Oversight Committee later this month as part of a growing congressional investigation into Epstein’s vast criminal network and how America’s political elite were tied to it. Their sudden shift in cooperation came only after Republicans began contempt proceedings.
“They completely caved,” Comer said. “They knew the full House was ready to hold them in contempt.”
Make no mistake this is no act of transparency. It’s a calculated stunt to reframe a legal subpoena as political theater. But Comer isn’t backing down. The Oversight Chair told conservative host Benny Johnson that the committee will release all recordings and transcripts of the depositions and is actively exploring a live broadcast.
“We hadn’t planned on it being live, but we’re looking at the legality of that,” Comer said. “It’s never been done before.”
The depositions are scheduled for:
Hillary Clinton – February 26
Bill Clinton – February 27
This all comes after both Clintons failed to appear at their previously scheduled depositions last month, forcing the committee’s hand. In an extraordinary rebuke, nine Democrats joined Republicans to vote for contempt charges against Bill Clinton. Three Democrats crossed party lines to hold Hillary in contempt.
The Clintons have long claimed they “already provided the limited information they possess” about Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell in written statements but Republicans aren’t buying it.
And they have good reason.
Bill Clinton flew on Epstein’s private jet nicknamed the “Lolita Express” at least 26 times, according to flight logs.
He was also photographed receiving a back massage from one of Epstein’s accusers, Chauntae Davies.
While no victims have directly accused Clinton of abuse, the connections are undeniable and the questions remain.
Comer made it clear: “We look forward to questioning the Clintons… to deliver transparency and accountability for the American people and for survivors.”
Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton, clearly attempting to pivot from subpoenaed witness to political combatant, is accusing Republicans of using the process as a “distraction.”
But it won’t work. This is a reckoning decades in the making, and the Clintons no longer control the cameras, the narrative, or the questions.
If they want the lights on let’s turn them all the way up.
