Vance Dismisses Biden’s Ukraine Comments as Worthless

Vice President JD Vance fires back after Biden calls Trump’s peace push with Zelensky “beneath America”.

Vice President JD Vance isn’t interested in foreign policy lectures from the man who presided over the collapse of American strength abroad.

In a sharp exchange following President Joe Biden’s comments criticizing the Trump administration’s approach to Russia and Ukraine, Vance made it crystal clear: “I don’t really care what Joe Biden has to say.”

Biden told the BBC this week that the Trump White House’s tense meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was “beneath America” and that Trump’s diplomatic stance was a form of “modern-day appeasement.” But it’s under Biden, not Trump, that Vladimir Putin launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Vance wasted no time calling out the absurdity of Biden’s spin.

  • “It’s rich for Joe Biden to comment on anything we’re doing when it comes to Russia and Ukraine because under Biden’s administration, Russia launched the full-scale invasion,” Vance said on Fox News.

He added:

  • Biden’s foreign policy has been an “absolute disaster.”

  • If Trump’s team simply “did the opposite” of Biden, “we’d have one of the most successful foreign policy administrations in a very long time.”

  • Biden should “spend his time on the beach” rather than pretending he still commands credibility on world affairs.

JD Vance has used the now-iconic line “I don’t really care” before most notably when shutting down a media push for mass Afghan refugee resettlement earlier this year. It’s quickly becoming a defining mantra of a new America First leadership that’s tired of playing nice with the foreign policy elite.

Meanwhile, President Trump is actually doing what Biden can’t: leading.

Trump, via Truth Social, announced ongoing talks between the U.S., Ukraine, and Russia, pushing for a 30-day unconditional ceasefire as a first step toward ending the conflict. Trump’s message was clear: “Thousands of young soldiers are dying everybody should want it to STOP.”

His approach?

  • Immediate ceasefire negotiations.

  • Accountability for both Ukraine and Russia.

  • Peace talks with a lasting outcome *not endless war funding.*

Let’s not forget, Biden sent over $175 billion in taxpayer money to Ukraine while letting our southern border collapse. Under his watch, American credibility tanked after the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal, NATO grew weaker, and China grew bolder. Biden’s version of “leadership” is writing blank checks and hoping it all magically works out.

The American people are ready for a different path. One rooted in strength, peace through negotiation, and putting America first not appeasing global elites or trying to impress the BBC.

So when JD Vance says he doesn’t care what Biden thinks about foreign policy, he’s not being dismissive he’s being honest. After three years of international embarrassment, we can’t afford to care what Joe Biden thinks anymore.
