Trump Claims His Administration Will Be ‘Fully Operational’ in Two Hours

President-elect Donald Trump has pledged that his administration will be “fully operational” within two hours of his swearing-in ceremony on January 20, 2025. Speaking at Turning Point USA’s America Fest in Phoenix, Arizona, Trump confidently assured the energized crowd that his presidency would hit the ground running.

“We are going to be fully operational, I would say, by about two o’clock on the 20th,” Trump stated, drawing enthusiastic applause.

The timing aligns with the traditional noon inauguration ceremony, where Trump will once again take the oath of office at the U.S. Capitol. Emphasizing his readiness, Trump declared, “The golden age of America is upon us,” echoing his campaign’s promise of a robust national revival.

Trump’s confidence in swift action stems from the groundwork his team has already laid. Former ICE Director Tom Homan, Trump’s pick for border czar, underscored the administration’s commitment to tackling public safety and national security concerns immediately.

“Right out of the gate, the president has made it clear, and I’ve made it clear, the priority right out of the gate’s public safety threats and national security threats,” Homan said during a recent CNN interview.

Trump’s “dream team Cabinet” nominees are also well on their way to confirmation, thanks to a focused GOP Senate majority. By prioritizing a strong leadership team, Trump aims to expedite his ambitious “day one” agenda, which includes decisive immigration reforms and other sweeping policy changes.

Reminding the audience of his track record, Trump reaffirmed his commitment to fulfilling campaign promises. “Just as we did four years ago, my administration’s will live by the motto: ‘promises made, promises kept,’” he said.

With 29 days until inauguration, Trump has vowed to deliver significant changes from the moment he takes office. His goals include reinvigorating the economy, securing the border, and rolling back the Biden administration’s failed policies.

The Turning Point USA event, which featured numerous conservative voices, highlighted the excitement surrounding Trump’s return to the Oval Office. Ben Shapiro, Editor Emeritus of the Daily Wire, hailed Trump as a transformative figure.

“This is all happening because President Trump is a force, is a historic force, is the historic force of our age,” Shapiro said.
