Trump Says Putin Has Gone Crazy and Warns of Russia’s Downfall

President Donald Trump has delivered a stark warning to Russian President Vladimir Putin, calling him “absolutely CRAZY” and suggesting his obsession with seizing Ukraine could lead to the total downfall of Russia.

In a post on Truth Social Sunday, Trump didn’t hold back. “I’ve always had a very good relationship with Vladimir Putin of Russia, but something has happened to him. He has gone absolutely CRAZY!” Trump wrote.

“He is needlessly killing a lot of people, and I’m not just talking about soldiers. Missiles and drones are being shot into Cities in Ukraine, for no reason whatsoever… if he does [take all of Ukraine], it will lead to the downfall of Russia!”

Trump’s comments signal a sharp turn from the failed foreign policy of Joe Biden, who has shown himself completely incapable of controlling the chaos in Eastern Europe. It also highlights Trump's unique position as the only world leader who commands respect from both sides Putin and Zelensky included.

• Putin skipped peace talks with Ukraine in Turkey after Trump wasn’t invited strongly suggesting that negotiations don’t happen without Trump at the table.

• Trump has proposed holding peace talks at the Vatican, moderated by Pope Leo an idea Italy and the Vatican support, but one the Kremlin has so far dismissed.

• Trump spoke to Putin for two hours last week, after which he claimed peace negotiations would “immediately start.” The Kremlin has yet to follow through.

While Trump was clear in condemning Putin, he also called out Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for fueling the conflict with constant inflammatory rhetoric. “Everything out of his mouth causes problems,” Trump said. “It better stop.”

“This is a War that would never have started if I were President,” Trump continued. “This is Zelenskyy’s, Putin’s, and Biden’s War, not ‘Trump’s.’ I am only helping to put out the big and ugly fires, that have been started through Gross Incompetence and Hatred.”

He’s right. The war in Ukraine has been a tragedy of failed leadership on all sides. Putin’s aggression, Biden’s weakness, and Zelensky’s endless posturing have led to senseless destruction with no end in sight. Yet, the media remains obsessed with defending the status quo, terrified that Trump might once again show them how peace is actually done.

The truth is clear: Trump kept the world stable. No new wars. No sprawling foreign entanglements. And no global leaders acting like madmen on the world stage.

Now, the Biden administration and global elites mock Trump’s efforts while their own policies light the fuse of potential world war. If there’s one thing this moment proves, it’s that real peace requires real strength something the current leadership sorely lacks.
