Trump Nullifies Biden’s Autopen Orders in Sweeping Action
In a historic move, Trump wipes out Biden’s staff-run presidency and restores executive power to the people.

In a sweeping act of presidential authority, President Donald Trump on Friday declared all autopen-signed documents from the Biden era “null and void,” effectively vaporizing the bulk of Biden’s executive legacy in a single stroke.
“Joe Biden was not running the country his staff, and their autopen, were,” Trump said in a statement. “That ends today.”
According to the Trump administration’s review, roughly 92% of Biden’s executive actions were signed using an autopen device, with no direct involvement from Biden himself a revelation that paints a chilling picture of how far the Democratic Party was willing to go to maintain a façade of leadership during Biden’s decline.
The documents impacted include some of the most consequential and controversial of Biden’s presidency:
Pardons for Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, and members of the Biden family
Mass clemency orders signed during Biden’s final months
Executive orders on climate mandates, DEI enforcement, and border reversals
And even key appointments and directives allegedly issued while Biden vacationed
“He handed the power of the presidency to an autopen,” said Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, calling it a complete constitutional collapse. The Trump administration has made clear: mechanical signatures not backed by the president’s direct involvement are not legally binding.
The announcement lands like a political nuke in Washington and it should.
This wasn’t just a technical oversight. According to findings from the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, and corroborated by whistleblower aides and media investigations, Biden’s final year in office was essentially a staff-run operation, with aides using the autopen to authorize sweeping actions many of which Biden may have never seen.
Even the New York Times admitted that staffers frequently modified clemency lists without re-presenting them to Biden, and that Staff Secretary Stefanie Feldman routinely ran documents through the autopen with “oral” direction whatever that means when dealing with constitutional powers like pardons.
“If Biden claims otherwise,” Trump said, “he’ll be charged with perjury.”
The constitutional crisis here is not theoretical. Article II of the Constitution vests the executive power in the president not in staffers, not in bureaucrats, and certainly not in a machine. Biden’s presidency may go down as the most outsourced, unserious, and lawless in American history.
Legal analysts are already calling this the most significant executive rollback in decades with Trump now leading investigations through both DOJ and House Oversight, reviewing what may be over one million autopen-signed documents. This effort will undoubtedly reveal just how far Biden’s inner circle went to prop up a president no longer mentally capable of performing the job.
Special Counsel Robert Hur previously described Biden as an “elderly man with a poor memory,” and this announcement only confirms what the American people suspected all along: Biden was the face. His staff was the hand. And the autopen was the pen.
By dismantling this fraudulent executive structure, Trump is doing more than erasing Biden’s illegitimate directives he’s restoring integrity to the presidency itself.
This is what real leadership looks like. While the media melts down, Trump is once again standing between the American people and the deep state machine that tried to hijack the White House with a mechanical signature.
