Trump Warns Iran of Harsh Consequences if Protesters Are Killed
As Iranian demonstrators call for regime change, Trump stands firm while Biden stays silent.

President Donald Trump has once again made it clear: if the Iranian regime continues its bloody crackdowns on innocent protesters, the U.S. will respond and it won’t be with strongly worded statements.
Speaking aboard Air Force One Sunday evening, Trump warned that Iran’s Islamic regime will “get hit very hard” if it repeats its brutal history of suppressing dissent with violence. The warning comes as mass protests continue to erupt across Iran, now reaching at least 78 cities and 222 locations, according to Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRAI).
The protests, now entering their second week, have already seen at least 20 people killed, including three children, and 990 arrested. Even more disturbing, the regime has detained over 40 children, using them as pawns in its war against freedom. And still, the Biden administration remains largely silent, stuck in its usual loop of appeasement and inaction.
Compare that with Trump.
He’s already proven his willingness to act, famously ordering the targeted killing of Qassem Soleimani—Iran’s top terror architect in 2020.
His words carry weight because he follows through, unlike Obama, who sided with Iran’s Islamic dictatorship during the 2009 Green Movement.
Trump’s clear support has emboldened protesters, many of whom now openly call for U.S. and Israeli assistance in dismantling the regime.
“If they start killing people like they have in the past,” Trump stated bluntly, “I think they’re going to get hit very hard by the United States.”
This is the kind of leadership the Iranian people and freedom-loving people everywhere crave. Not empty gestures or carefully-worded press releases, but real action against a collapsing regime that has terrorized its own citizens for decades.
Iranian experts are calling this round of protests different. These aren’t demonstrations for reforms or policy tweaks. This is a full-throated call for regime change. Protesters are more determined, more united, and less afraid than ever before.
As Mardo Soghom, a veteran Iran analyst, put it: “People are not asking for reforms… they are aiming for regime change.” He added that Iranians have been energized by Trump’s support and are now seeking assistance to neutralize the regime’s oppressive forces.
Masih Alinejad, an Iranian American activist and one of the loudest voices opposing the regime, praised Trump’s stance. “This is the first time in history that a U.S. President is standing strongly with the people of Iran and not sending appeasement messages to the killers,” she said.
She’s also called on Trump to:
Expel Iran’s U.N. ambassador
Convince Elon Musk to activate Starlink over Iran, giving the people access to uncensored communication
Authorize targeted U.S. military action against Iranian officials responsible for murdering civilians
What we’re witnessing in Iran is not just another uprising. It’s a people’s revolution against tyranny and Trump is the only American leader with the courage to back it without compromise.
Meanwhile, the Biden White House remains on the sidelines, paralyzed by its obsession with salvaging the failed Iran nuclear deal and appeasing a regime that openly chants “Death to America.”
The question for Americans is simple: Do we want a president who sides with dictators or one who stands with the people fighting for their freedom?
