Biden Autopen Sparks Investigation Ordered by Trump

President orders probe into whether Biden aides unlawfully used mechanical signature to hide his incapacity and execute radical executive actions.

President Donald Trump has officially launched an investigation into one of the most explosive allegations of the post-Biden era whether top aides unlawfully used an autopen to sign off on major executive actions while concealing President Biden’s mental and physical decline.

In a Wednesday memo, Trump ordered the Counsel to the President to determine if individuals within Biden’s former inner circle “conspired to deceive the public about Biden’s mental state and unconstitutionally exercise the authorities and responsibilities of the President.” Trump emphasized that Attorney General Pam Bondi and other agency heads would consult on the probe.

“Given clear indications that President Biden lacked the capacity to exercise his Presidential authority,” Trump wrote, “if his advisors secretly used the mechanical signature pen to conceal this incapacity... that would constitute an unconstitutional wielding of the power of the Presidency.”

The implications are massive potentially invalidating executive orders, pardons, and proclamations signed by machine, not man.

At the center of the controversy is a detailed investigation by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, which revealed that many critical documents during Biden’s presidency featured an autopen signature, including:

  • Last-minute pardons for Dr. Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley, January 6 Committee members, and members of the Biden family

  • High-impact executive orders with far-reaching consequences for energy, immigration, and the economy

Trump minced no words on Truth Social, writing that Biden’s autopen actions are “VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT.” He further warned that members of the “Unselect Committee” should be “subject to investigation at the highest level.”

Although Biden personally claimed, “I made the decisions during my presidency”, congressional Republicans remain unconvinced.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has already demanded testimony from key former Biden aides and announced that he is issuing a subpoena for Biden’s doctor, citing potential medical concealment and constitutional violations.

“This is not about signature mechanics,” Comer said. “It’s about whether Americans were lied to about who was running the country.”

Energy expert Daniel Turner testified before Congress on Wednesday, saying that “no evidence of Joe Biden in first person” was ever associated with many radical executive actions during his final year. Turner alleged that Americans were subjected to “a deceit,” as executive orders rolled out with no public remarks or explanation from Biden himself.

Fueling the scandal:

  • The recent book Original Sin by Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson claims the White House actively covered up Biden’s decline, even contemplating the use of a wheelchair if he won reelection.

  • Biden was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer, further igniting concerns about who was really in charge in his final months.

  • Audio from Special Counsel Robert Hur’s interview with Biden revealed staggering cognitive lapses.

Incredibly, when questioned at a recent Delaware event, Biden lashed out incoherently:

“You can see that I’m mentally incompetent and I can’t walk, and I can beat the hell out of both of them,” Biden said, referencing Tapper and Thompson.

This is no longer a partisan fight it’s a constitutional crisis.

If unelected aides were signing critical documents on behalf of an incapacitated president, it represents an unprecedented abuse of power and calls into question the legitimacy of years of White House decisions.

President Trump’s investigation is more than justified. It’s necessary.
