Business Owner Charged by Trump Administration for Hiring Unauthorized Immigrants
Federal charges expose underground network trafficking illegal workers into U.S. food industry with firearms and smuggling operations.

While the Biden administration turns a blind eye to the open-border chaos, President Donald Trump’s administration is continuing to take aggressive action to enforce immigration law this time taking down an illegal alien business owner operating a food truck empire in Arizona.
Federal prosecutors have charged 42-year-old Mexican national Blademir Angulo Audeves with multiple crimes after Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) apprehended him in Phoenix. Angulo Audeves, who illegally re-entered the United States after being deported in 2021, was running a restaurant chain called Taqueria El Taco Loko, where authorities say every employee was in the country illegally.
The charges include:
Harboring of an Illegal Alien
Knowingly Employing Unauthorized Aliens
Improper Entry by an Alien
Alien in Possession of a Firearm
According to court records, Angulo Audeves went beyond just illegal hiring. He allegedly fronted $12,000 per worker to smuggle his employees across the border, setting up a human trafficking operation disguised as a business. The expectation? That the illegal workers would pay off their smuggling debts by laboring in his restaurant an underground economy built on exploitation and lawlessness.
When authorities raided his home, they found three firearms and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, a clear violation for someone with his immigration status. Yet again, this case reveals the dangerous intersection of illegal immigration, criminal activity, and lax enforcement that has plagued border states for years.
This isn’t an isolated incident:
Earlier this year, ICE arrested eight illegal alien workers at a Texas border bakery.
The bakery’s owners were also charged with harboring illegal aliens, part of a growing crackdown on employers fueling the illegal workforce.
These operations aren’t just breaking immigration laws they’re undermining American jobs, inflating black-market labor, and putting our communities at risk. And they thrive in a climate where Democrat leaders prefer sanctuary cities and open borders to the rule of law.
Fortunately, Trump’s administration continues to demonstrate that law and order still have a place in this country, even when blue-state leaders refuse to act.
