The executive order directs the Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy to present a list of policy recommendations within 90 days. The focus is on:

At a Michigan rally, Trump vowed that under his administration, “your government will pay for or your insurance company will be mandated to pay for all costs associated with IVF treatment.” This stance aligns with his pro-family agenda, which also includes tax deductions for newborn expenses to support parents.

While Trump's initiative is largely celebrated, it hasn’t come without controversy. Some conservative circles have raised ethical questions about the disposal of embryos in the IVF process.
