Trump Delivers The Best Press Conference In American History

Donald Trump just delivered one of the greatest press conferences in American history. In a single event, he spoke with more clarity, confidence, and intelligence than Joe Biden has managed in his entire presidency. While Biden stumbles through pre-scripted remarks and dodges the press, Trump takes bold questions and delivers strong, decisive answers.

One of the most exciting moments of the press conference came when Trump proposed renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America. Given that 65% of its coastline belongs to the United States, it’s a well-founded idea. And who’s going to stop us? Mexico? A country struggling with out-of-control cartels and a collapsing economy?

But that was just the beginning. Trump also revived his serious discussion about acquiring Greenland, a strategically vital territory rich in untapped resources. The United States already funds Greenland’s defense and operates military bases there, and as Arctic shipping routes expand due to melting ice, Russia and China are circling like vultures. The question isn’t why we should buy Greenland it’s why haven’t we already?

And when asked about a preemptive strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities, Trump refused to play into the media’s hands. Unlike Biden, who leaks military plans to our enemies, Trump understood the power of strategic ambiguity. His response? “I’m not going to tell some dumb reporter what I would do.” That is exactly how a president should handle national security.

Trump also took direct aim at Biden’s war on American energy. While the current administration continues to cripple domestic energy production, Trump reaffirmed his commitment to energy independence a policy that keeps gas prices low, weakens our adversaries, and strengthens America’s economy. Under Biden, we’ve begged OPEC for oil. Under Trump, we dominated energy markets. The choice could not be clearer.
