Texas Attorney General Probes Schools Over Alleged Gender Scheme in Sports

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has launched an investigation into two school districts after officials were caught on tape offering to alter records to allow biological males to compete in girls’ sports.

The revelations, exposed by Accuracy In Media, show how deep the radical transgender ideology has infiltrated public schools even in a conservative stronghold like Texas. Paxton has made it clear: his office will not tolerate schools breaking state law to push leftist gender policies.

• Officials from Dallas Independent School District (DISD) and Irving Independent School District (IISD) were caught discussing loopholes to bypass Texas’ law requiring students to compete in sports according to their biological sex.

• Mahoganie Gaston, DISD’s LGBT Youth Program Coordinator, suggested parents could simply “update” their child’s birth certificate to change their gender a violation of Texas law.

• Reny Lizardo, IISD’s Executive Director of Campus Operations, was even more brazen, saying, “It’s not illegal if you don’t get caught.”

Paxton minced no words in his response, slamming the officials for betraying female students and undermining the integrity of women’s athletics.

"Any systematic effort by a school district to sidestep state law and allow biological boys to play in girls’ sports in Texas will be rooted out," Paxton stated.

Lizardo has since resigned from his position after his disturbing remarks were exposed. Irving ISD quickly distanced itself from him, stating that he acted outside his role. Meanwhile, Dallas ISD has remained silent on whether Gaston is still employed.

But the implications of this scandal extend far beyond these two school districts. President Donald Trump wasted no time taking action, signing an executive order on Wednesday to rescind federal funding from any educational programs that undermine women's sports.
