Ted Cruz Warns Illegal Immigration Will Ensure Democrats ‘Win Every Election Forever’

The Texas senator accuses Democrats of using mass illegal immigration to lock in their political dominance.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) issued a stark warning about illegal immigration’s impact on future U.S. elections, claiming that the Biden-Harris administration is encouraging mass illegal immigration to permanently shift the electoral landscape in favor of Democrats. Speaking on his podcast, Cruz accused Vice President Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party of deliberately allowing millions of illegal immigrants into the country to secure political dominance.

Cruz argued that Democrats aim to increase the number of illegal immigrants living in the U.S. to the point where they control every election, asserting that Harris views each illegal immigrant as a “future Democrat voter.”

Key Points From Cruz’s Remarks:

  • Cruz believes Democrats want to increase the illegal immigrant population to 30-40 million to “win every election forever.”

  • He accused the Mexican government of aiding this effort by busing non-Mexican migrants to America’s border.

  • Illegal immigrants, even if they don’t vote, could affect Congressional representation, shifting power toward Democrats.

Cruz’s warning comes amid growing concerns about the potential long-term political effects of illegal immigration. He cited data showing that Democrats dominate Congressional districts with higher-than-average foreign-born populations and pointed to Pew polling that found an overwhelming majority of illegal immigrants from Hispanic backgrounds favor Democrats.

These concerns are heightened by lawsuits, such as the recent one filed in Arizona, claiming that illegal immigrants have not been removed from voter rolls in key counties. This, Cruz argues, could have significant consequences in swing states crucial to the outcome of the 2024 presidential election.

Since President Joe Biden took office, over 10 million people have crossed the U.S. border, including an estimated 1.7 million "gotaways" who evaded capture. Cruz emphasized that this influx could lead to a permanent political realignment in America unless stricter border policies are enacted.
