Josh Shapiro Shreds Kamala Harris Memoir Claims as Total Lies
Pennsylvania governor slams Harris for spreading “utter bull----” and says she’s just trying to sell books.

The gloves are off in the Democratic civil war and Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro just made it clear he’s done playing nice with Kamala Harris.
In a fiery new interview, Shapiro flatly rejected claims made about him in Harris’ memoir, calling her account of their interactions during her vice-presidential vetting process “complete and utter bull----.”
“She wrote that in her book? That’s complete and utter bull----,” Shapiro told The Atlantic. “I can tell you that her accounts are just blatant lies.”
Harris, in her recently released book 107 Days, alleged that Shapiro then Pennsylvania’s attorney general bombarded her team with unnecessary questions during her VP search, including asking how to get artwork from the Smithsonian into Pennsylvania. She also claimed he wanted in on too many decisions, prompting her to remind him that “a vice president is not a co-president.”
Shapiro wasn’t having it. “I did ask a bunch of questions,” he said. “Wouldn’t you ask questions if someone was talking to you about forming a partnership and working together?”
He didn’t stop there. Asked whether he felt betrayed, Shapiro pulled no punches:
“I mean, she’s trying to sell books and cover her a--… I shouldn’t say ‘cover her a--.’ That’s not appropriate… She’s trying to sell books. Period.”
This isn’t the first time Shapiro has distanced himself from the sinking Harris-Biden ticket. Back in September, he openly questioned why Harris never sounded the alarm over Biden’s rapidly deteriorating health and political viability while in office. Shapiro said he personally raised concerns about Biden’s ability to run again and criticized the president’s staff for shielding him from reality.
“I tried to speak to them candidly and to do so in a constructive manner,” he said. “I believe in talking directly to the individuals, not running around and talking to the media.”
Now, with Harris crashing in the polls and alienating even her own party, she’s trying to rewrite history and she’s getting called out.
Even worse, the book also takes a swipe at Pete Buttigieg, saying he would’ve been an “ideal partner” if she were a straight white man. Harris then claimed that America just wasn’t ready to accept “a Black woman married to a Jewish man.” In other words, she blames her own radical identity politics for the ticket she assembled and everyone else for her failures.
The chaos within the Democrat Party is now on full display: public feuding, finger-pointing, and total disarray.
And while Harris and Biden try to spin their catastrophic term into a legacy, key Democrats like Shapiro are already scrambling to distance themselves from the wreckage. The reality is this: Kamala Harris is toxic, even to her own party. And the only thing more damaging than her presidency might be her attempts to justify it on paper.
