Russia Escalates War With Missile Barrage On Kyiv After Trump Slams Putin

Just two days after President Donald Trump publicly criticized Vladimir Putin for stalling peace talks, Russia unleashed another deadly missile and drone attack on Ukraine’s capital a bold and bloody move that killed at least two civilians and injured 16 in the heart of Kyiv.

Ukrainian officials confirmed that 18 missiles and 400 drones rained down overnight, targeting eight different districts, including metro stations, warehouses, and residential areas. The strikes come less than 48 hours after the largest drone and missile barrage of the war, marking what Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called a “clear escalation of terror.”
