Obama Admin Accused of Helping China Steal American Tech
Small tech firm fights to expose big tech’s betrayal while legal system tries to silence them.

A new video series is making waves online, exposing what may be one of the most egregious betrayals of American innovation by its own government. According to ParkerVision, a small tech firm that has been battling Qualcomm in court for over a decade, the Obama administration helped facilitate the theft of their patented technology only for it to be shipped off to China.
The series, titled “Against the Giants,” details how ParkerVision sued Qualcomm in 2011, accusing the corporate giant of stealing their breakthrough chip technology. A jury unanimously found Qualcomm guilty, but in a stunning reversal, an Obama-appointed judge dismissed the case just weeks later. This sparked ParkerVision’s deeper investigation, which led to allegations of collusion between Qualcomm and the Obama White House.
Obama Admin Involvement?–ParkerVision claims that the Obama DOJ and the executive office of the president visited their website to monitor their case just before Obama attended a DNC fundraiser at Qualcomm’s CEO’s home.
China Cashes In–With no accountability, Qualcomm allegedly offshored the stolen tech to China, allowing America’s top adversary to dominate an industry that should have been American-led.
Legal System Protecting Big Tech–Now that ParkerVision’s video series is gaining traction, Qualcomm has filed a court motion demanding social media posts about the case be removed, claiming it violates their “right to a fair trial.”
ParkerVision CEO Jeffrey Parker is fighting back, refusing to let the truth be silenced. “We’re doing this because it’s the right thing to do,” Parker stated. “We’re fighting this battle so that small innovators in America still have a future.”
Meanwhile, China has raced ahead in semiconductor technology, fueled in part by stolen American IP. This isn’t just a business dispute it’s a national security issue. If our own government is helping corporations sell out American innovation, how can we expect to compete with China?
