DHS Secretary Noem Defends Record Amid Calls For Firing And New Pretti Video
Kristi Noem blames “radicals” for criticism, highlights fresh footage of Alex Pretti’s confrontations with federal agents.

The Left is in full meltdown mode over Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s unapologetic stance on enforcing immigration law in Minnesota a state spiraling into lawlessness thanks to radical Democrat leadership.
Noem, appearing on Hannity, didn’t mince words: “These radicals are attacking me, but I'm just doing my job.” She’s doing exactly what President Trump promised restoring order and securing the homeland. But with federal agents cracking down on illegal immigration in Minneapolis, the usual suspects are foaming at the mouth, calling for Noem’s head.
Let’s be clear: the outrage isn’t about public safety it’s about power. Democrats would rather see America overrun than admit Trump’s policies work. Here's what's really happening:
Alex Pretti, one of the individuals fatally shot by federal agents, was caught on video spitting on and kicking law enforcement officers just days before the incident. But instead of backing the brave men and women who put their lives on the line, Democrats are rushing to defend a known agitator.
DHS agents have reportedly been harassed and threatened while off-duty, unable to eat at restaurants or even return safely to their hotels a direct result of Minneapolis’ failure to support law enforcement.
Despite all this, House Democrats and liberal governors like Gavin Newsom and John Fetterman are calling for Noem to resign or be impeached, accusing her of “betraying” DHS’s mission.
This is political theater from a party that has allowed 8.5 million illegal crossings under Biden’s watch more than the entire population of Arizona. And yet, they claim Noem is the problem?
President Trump, recognizing both the urgency of the border crisis and the integrity of his DHS team, stood firm "She is doing a very good job." That’s not up for debate. Noem is fighting a war that Biden refuses to acknowledge a war against violent chaos disguised as “immigration reform.”
In an effort to stabilize the situation, Trump appointed Tom Homan the no-nonsense former ICE director as Minnesota’s new “border czar,” replacing Greg Bovino. Noem praised the move, saying she hopes it reopens dialogue with local leaders who have refused to honor ICE detainers or assist in protecting federal agents.
Her message to Minnesota’s Democrat leadership was direct: Stop encouraging violence with your rhetoric. Start helping us clean up your streets.
It’s not hard to see what’s really going on here. The Biden administration and its state-level allies aren’t mad because of some alleged "overreach." They're mad because Kristi Noem is doing what they won’t protecting Americans from a growing threat fueled by their own open-border agenda.
As investigations into the recent shootings continue, Noem reiterated a key principle that Democrats should learn to adopt: “We believe that we can always do better… but we also believe in the rule of law.”
No apologies. No backing down. Just leadership.
