Musk Exposes Massive Fraud at Small Business Administration
Infants receiving $100K loans and billions in unchecked fraud show just how broken Washington really is.

Elon Musk is pulling the curtain back on one of the most outrageous examples of government incompetence and outright fraud we’ve seen in decades. During a high-level meeting with President Donald Trump and his cabinet this week, Musk revealed that the Small Business Administration (SBA) handed out hundreds of millions of dollars in loans to children including a 9-month-old baby.
Yes, really.
“One case of fraud was with the Small Business Administration, where they were handing out loans $330 million worth of loans to people under the age of 11,” Musk said, highlighting one infant who somehow received a six-figure business loan. “I think the youngest, Kelly, was a 9-month-old who got a $100,000 loan.”
In Musk’s words, that’s one “very precocious baby.”
This bombshell comes out of the newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) a Trump-era initiative tasked with rooting out the rot that’s been festering inside federal agencies for far too long. And based on what we’re now seeing, it’s clear the rot goes deeper than anyone imagined.
SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler confirmed the staggering corruption, stating, “We’ve seen hundreds of billions of dollars of fraud go unprosecuted.”
Let that sink in hundreds of billions, casually handed out, misused, and swept under the rug all while small business owners across the country struggled to stay afloat during lockdowns and government-imposed restrictions. And where was the oversight? Nowhere to be found.
President Trump, never one to shy away from calling it like it is, made it clear: “It’s pure fraud,” he said. “We like to use the words ‘waste’ and ‘abuse’ because they sort of sound good, but many of these things are pure fraud.”
Some key takeaways from the report:
$330 million in loans approved for applicants under 11 years old
A 9-month-old infant was approved for a $100,000 SBA loan
Hundreds of billions in fraud under prior administrations has gone unprosecuted
The Trump administration is actively exposing and dismantling this systemic abuse
The revelations are infuriating but not surprising. Under Biden, the federal government grew bloated, unaccountable, and reckless with taxpayer money. The SBA, meant to support hardworking entrepreneurs, instead became a piggy bank for grifters some of whom don’t even know how to walk yet.
Now, under Trump’s renewed leadership and Musk’s oversight, accountability is back on the table.
This is the kind of corruption that happens when Democrats are left to run the show without checks, consequences, or basic competence. But the days of business as usual are numbered.
