Judge Greenlights Elon Musk’s $1M America PAC Giveaways

In a decisive courtroom win for Elon Musk and his pro-Trump political action committee, America PAC, a judge has ruled that the controversial $1 million giveaways can continue. The decision comes after Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner’s attempt to block the initiative was denied. Krasner, a prominent figure in the left-wing prosecutorial movement, argued that the daily cash awards constituted an illegal lottery aimed at swaying the upcoming election.

Starting October 19, America PAC has been awarding $1 million daily to swing state voters who signed a petition supporting the First and Second Amendments. The final recipients are set to be revealed in Arizona and Michigan, key battleground states where every vote counts.

• Political Speech Protection: Musk’s lawyers emphasized the giveaways as part of "core political speech," tied directly to advocacy for constitutional rights. They dismissed Krasner’s attempts to block the initiative as irrelevant, given that no more winners would be selected from Pennsylvania.

Musk, a vocal supporter of the Constitution, announced the giveaway at a town hall in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, describing it as a means to galvanize voter support for foundational American rights. Despite initial claims of random selection, testimony clarified that recipients are chosen based on their ability to serve as effective spokespeople for America PAC’s mission.
