Hunter Biden Faces $1B Lawsuit Threat from Melania Trump Over Epstein Claim

First Lady Melania Trump is going on the offensive and Hunter Biden is directly in her legal crosshairs.

On Wednesday, Trump’s legal team sent a scathing letter to Hunter Biden, demanding he retract false and defamatory claims he made during a YouTube interview alleging a connection between Melania and the late pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein. If he refuses, the First Lady is prepared to file a $1 billion defamation lawsuit.

The letter, authored by attorney Alejandro Brito, calls the remarks made by Biden “false, defamatory, disparaging, and inflammatory,” and accuses him of causing “overwhelming financial and reputational harm” to Mrs. Trump.

“This correspondence serves as a demand … that you immediately retract the false, defamatory, disparaging, and inflammatory statements made about Mrs. Trump,” Brito wrote.

The comments were made during an August 5 interview on Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan, a left-leaning YouTube news platform that has gained notoriety for its often slanted, sensational content. Biden cited an article from the discredited Michael Wolff an author known even among liberal circles as a “serial fabulist” to claim Epstein introduced Melania to Donald Trump.

That article was so thoroughly debunked that even The Daily Beast, a progressive outlet that initially published it, was forced to delete the story and issue a formal apology. Yet Biden irresponsibly cited it anyway, amplifying a lie to over a million viewers.

“Despite this, you have unjustifiably relied upon Mr. Wolff’s false, defamatory, disparaging, and inflammatory statements about Mrs. Trump and maliciously elected to republish them,” Brito stated.

Here are the facts:

• Michael Wolff has been discredited multiple times for fabricating sources and making unverifiable claims.

• The Daily Beast has already deleted the story entirely, acknowledging it lacked credibility.

• Biden repeated the claim on a platform with over 3.6 million and 1.2 million views respectively for two recent videos.

This wasn’t a passing comment. It was a calculated attempt to smear the First Lady using a lie already debunked by its own originators.

The letter demands Biden immediately retract the statement and issue a public apology. It also orders him to preserve all communications and evidence related to the interview and his defamatory remarks. Should he fail to comply, Melania Trump will pursue legal action seeking over $1 billion in damages.

This is not just about Melania. This is about standing up against a system where Democrats and their allies in media believe they can say anything no matter how vile, false, or dangerous without consequence.

Hunter Biden, who is already under federal investigation for tax fraud, gun violations, and questionable international business dealings, has added another line to his growing rap sheet: defaming the First Lady of the United States based on nothing more than gossip and partisan spite.

At some point, enough is enough.
