Protesters Tear Down and Burn American Flag in Demonstration

Yesterday, while Vice President Kamala Harris addressed a black sorority in Indianapolis and President Joe Biden prepared for his farewell ice cream party at the White House, left-wing rioters desecrated American flags at one of Washington, D.C.’s most iconic landmarks: Union Station. Less than a mile from the Capitol, they replaced American flags with Palestinian flags.

• The mob waved flags of terrorist groups, chanting “Allahu Akbar” and set American flags on fire.

• They violently dragged a police officer on the ground and spray-painted “Hamas is coming” on a Columbus monument, signaling future acts of terrorism.

The silence from our leadership was deafening. Harris and Biden failed to address the chaos, despite the footage circulating widely on social media.

A competent administration would have used physical force — even lethal if necessary — to protect our flag and monuments from such barbarism. Allowing this to happen unchecked signifies a shift towards anarchy, fueled by decades of leftist teachings in universities and unchecked illegal immigration.

Questions remain unanswered about the rioters' identities and their funding sources. Are they citizens? Do they work for NGOs funded by our tax dollars? The administration's lack of action suggests a disinterest in national self-preservation.

This was not a political protest about Israel. Rioters carried Hamas and ISIS flags, making it a pro-terrorist and explicitly anti-American rally in our nation's capital. The mainstream media's silence on this issue contrasts sharply with their relentless coverage of incidents like Charlottesville.

Every patriot should be outraged by these events. Burning the American flag and raising foreign flags in its place is unacceptable, regardless of one's stance on foreign policy. This behavior disqualifies anyone from being taken seriously in political discourse.

The lack of response from law enforcement is also troubling. During January 6th, police responded vigorously, leading to significant legal actions. In contrast, yesterday’s rioters faced minimal opposition and no immediate consequences, highlighting a disturbing double standard.

Republicans have condemned the violence and ensured the flags at Union Station were restored. This incident underscores the stark contrast between the two political parties: one supports the country's destruction, while the other opposes it.

If Kamala Harris takes control of the White House, expect more flag burnings and political violence, with Republicans being blamed for "pouncing" on these events. The Democrats' platform appears to involve replacing voters and indoctrinating violent enforcers of their ideology.

This is why Union Station resembled Gaza yesterday and why a foreign flag flew in our capital. It’s a preview of what the country could become if the current party in power remains unchallenged.
