Iran Launches New Missile Barrage On Israel Killing At Least Eight

As Israeli counterstrikes devastate Iran’s leadership, Tehran escalates attacks with growing civilian casualties.

The conflict between Israel and Iran continues to intensify as Iran launched a new wave of missile strikes on Israel Monday morning, killing at least eight civilians and wounding dozens more. Israeli emergency services reported the attacks struck four sites in central Israel, leaving scenes of devastation and triggering yet another round of retaliatory strikes from the Israeli military.

Among the dead were four elderly Israeli citizens two men and two women in their 70s while emergency responders rushed more than 100 wounded to area hospitals. One 30-year-old woman remains in serious condition. In a heartbreaking moment, rescuers pulled a six-day-old baby from the rubble of a collapsed home.

These latest attacks raise the total number of Israeli deaths to 24, with over 500 wounded since the conflict erupted Friday following Israel’s aggressive offensive targeting Iran’s nuclear and military infrastructure.

In response to Monday’s strikes, Israeli fighter jets hit 10 Quds Force command centers in Tehran. The Quds Force, a dangerous elite branch of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, is responsible for much of Iran’s military operations and global terrorism campaigns.

Key developments from the latest escalation:

  • Iran fired roughly 100 missiles into Israel during this latest barrage.

  • A missile landed near the U.S. Embassy branch in Tel Aviv, causing minor property damage but no injuries to American personnel, according to U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee.

  • Explosions from Israel’s defense systems intercepting missiles lit up the sky over Tel Aviv as the city braced for more attacks.

As Israel continues its military campaign, Iranian casualties have mounted. According to Iran’s Ministry of Health, at least 224 people have been killed and around 1,300 wounded since Friday. However, Iranian dissident groups, such as Human Rights Activists based in Washington, claim the real death toll exceeds 400, with nearly 200 civilian fatalities—a stark reminder of the brutal cost of the Islamic regime’s reckless leadership.

Israeli officials maintain that their operations targeting Iran’s top military leaders, nuclear sites, and weapons facilities are critical to preventing Tehran from obtaining a nuclear bomb. Despite Iranian propaganda insisting its nuclear program is peaceful, the regime’s secretive uranium enrichment efforts and its constant threats to annihilate Israel have left little doubt about its true intentions.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guard responded Monday by threatening that any future attacks would be "more forceful, severe, precise and destructive than previous ones" if Israel’s strikes continue.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has attempted to position Iran as the victim, suggesting Tehran would halt its missile strikes if Israel stops its counterattacks. But the facts speak for themselves: Iran’s tyrannical leadership is using its people as shields while provoking a war it cannot win. Their obsession with nuclear capability and regional domination has placed both Iranian and Israeli civilians in the crossfire.

This ongoing conflict is yet another tragic consequence of years of weak Democratic foreign policy that emboldened Iran’s aggression. The Biden administration and its predecessors opened the door with disastrous deals that poured billions into Tehran’s terror machine while failing to restrain its nuclear ambitions. Now, it’s fallen to Israel and true American leadership under President Trump to confront this escalating danger.

As Israel carries out its carefully targeted campaign, the world watches to see whether the Iranian regime will finally be forced to pay the price for decades of terror, oppression, and nuclear blackmail.
