Netanyahu Reveals Iran Plotted To Assassinate Trump

As Trump stood firm against Iran’s nuclear ambitions, Tehran labeled him 'enemy number one.'

In a bombshell revelation, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed that Iran's Islamic regime actively targeted former President Donald Trump for assassination, labeling him as "enemy number one" due to his uncompromising stance against their nuclear ambitions.

Speaking to Fox News’ Bret Baier in his first interview since Israel’s massive strikes against Iran, Netanyahu detailed Tehran’s plot to eliminate Trump, citing his decisive leadership and refusal to appease the regime.

"They want to kill him. He's enemy number one," Netanyahu declared. "He’s a decisive leader. He never took the path that others took to try to bargain with them in a way that is weak, giving them basically a pathway to enrich uranium, which means a pathway to the bomb, padding it with billions and billions of dollars."

Unlike his Democrat predecessors, Trump tore up the disastrous Obama-Biden Iran nuclear deal, killed IRGC terrorist Qasem Soleimani, and made it clear that Iran would never be allowed to possess nuclear weapons. It’s these bold actions that made Trump the primary target of the radical Islamic regime.

Netanyahu also revealed that he himself was nearly assassinated when a missile fired by Iran struck the bedroom window of his home. He described himself as Trump’s “junior partner” in the effort to halt Iran’s nuclear and missile programs, both of which have accelerated dangerously under weak Democratic leadership.

The Israeli prime minister painted a grim picture of the growing threat his nation faces:

  • Iran is rapidly enriching uranium with the clear goal of building atomic bombs.

  • Tehran is expanding its ballistic missile arsenal at an alarming rate, aiming for 3,600 missiles per year projecting up to 20,000 missiles within just over two decades.

  • These missiles, capable of traveling at Mach 6, are specifically designed to overwhelm Israel’s defenses and obliterate entire cities.

"No country can sustain that, and certainly not a country the size of Israel, so we had to act," Netanyahu emphasized.

The recent Israeli offensive, dubbed Operation Rising Lion, has been described by Netanyahu as "one of the greatest military operations in history." The preemptive strikes not only targeted Iran’s nuclear sites but also took out key missile infrastructure, setting back Iran’s ability to threaten both Israel and the broader international community.

Despite Iran’s retaliatory ballistic missile attack on Israeli cities, many of the projectiles were intercepted. Netanyahu remains confident that Israel’s military action has "set back the Iranian nuclear program quite a bit," while dismissing any hopes of productive negotiations with what he accurately calls a terrorism-sponsoring regime.

For years, Iran has openly declared its intent to wipe Israel off the map while also targeting American leadership that dares to stand in its way. Biden’s weak posture and the left’s obsession with reviving the failed Iran deal have only emboldened the regime further. It was Trump’s clear-eyed strength that forced Iran into the defensive and exposed the true nature of its tyrannical leadership.

As Netanyahu directly addressed the Iranian people, he reminded them that they have suffered under 50 years of oppression by a regime that cares more about jihadist fantasies than the well-being of its own citizens. His message is clear: Israel’s fight is not against the Iranian people, but against the radical theocracy that endangers the entire world.
