The ICC’s latest actions come as its prosecutor faces allegations of sexual harassment. Is this a desperate attempt to divert attention from the scandal? The timing is suspicious, to say the least.

The United States has long recognized the ICC for what it truly is: a corrupt institution bent on attacking Western democracies. This is why the U.S. wisely never joined the ICC. Under its rules, member nations are obligated to enforce ICC arrest warrants, meaning any signatory could be coerced into arresting an American military officer or even a sitting U.S. president if charges were brought.

This isn’t just about Israel. The ICC’s pattern of targeting democratic leaders while ignoring egregious human rights violators like Iran, China, or Hamas shows it has become a platform for globalist agendas and authoritarian regimes. South Africa, with its own dismal human rights record, recently brought a U.N. case against Israel for genocide, likely financed by Iran.

Hamas, unsurprisingly, is celebrating the ICC’s actions. That tells you all you need to know about this institution’s moral standing.

The ICC has become a tool for unelected global bureaucrats and despots to wage political warfare against democracies. Its hypocrisy, corruption, and blatant bias demand one solution: dismantling it entirely.

The incoming Trump administration has already signaled a tough stance against the ICC, and rightly so. This weaponized institution is a threat not just to Israel but to any nation that values sovereignty and the rule of law.
