Trump Border Czar Trolls AOC After ICE Facility Clash Charges Drop
Tom Homan fires back at Ocasio-Cortez's threats after Democrat lawmaker indicted for assaulting officers.

Tom Homan isn’t backing down and he’s got a message for Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: “I’m waiting on the consequences.”
The former acting ICE director and current Trump border czar taunted the far-left congresswoman on Fox News Tuesday night after one of her Democrat allies, Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ), was hit with federal charges over a scuffle at an ICE detention facility in Newark. McIver now faces up to 16 years in prison for allegedly assaulting and impeding federal officers.
“Remember, just a couple weeks ago, AOC went on social media saying if we put a finger on any of her co-workers... there would be consequences,” Homan said during his appearance on The Ingraham Angle. “Well, guess what? We did it. I’m waiting on the consequences.”
This comes after an explosive confrontation that exposed how far leftists are willing to go to undermine immigration enforcement:
McIver reportedly interfered with DHS officials attempting to arrest Newark Mayor Ras Baraka who was under investigation for obstruction of ICE operations.
She’s now facing two federal counts, each carrying up to 8 years in prison.
Ocasio-Cortez and her progressive allies claim their actions were part of a lawful “oversight” visit despite video footage showing them aggressively clashing with DHS agents.
In a live stream following the incident, AOC defended the group and attacked Homan by name, saying, “If anyone is breaking the law in this situation, it’s not members of Congress, it’s the Department of Homeland Security. It’s people like Tom Homan and Secretary Kristi Noem.”
Her threats didn’t rattle Homan, who’s had a long-running feud with AOC. After she challenged him to “refer her to DOJ” for using her platform to advise illegal aliens on how to avoid ICE, Homan delivered the perfect response: “I take pleasure I can live in her mind rent-free every day.”
Let’s be clear: this wasn’t “oversight.” It was obstruction. Members of Congress have no authority to physically interfere with lawful arrests especially when they’re using their office to shield open-borders mayors and disrupt federal law enforcement operations.
This is what happens when radicals in power believe they’re above the law. The Biden administration has caved to their demands for years, gutting ICE enforcement, halting deportations, and opening the border wide. Now, under Trump’s renewed leadership, law and order is returning and even sitting members of Congress aren’t immune.
Tom Homan and DHS agents were doing their job. If Democrats want to protect illegal immigrants and interfere with arrests, they can expect the consequences not empty threats, but real accountability.
