Hasan Piker Suspended From Twitch After False Flag Claim on DC Terror Attack

Leftist internet personality Hasan Piker is once again in hot water this time getting booted from Twitch for spreading dangerous rhetoric about a deadly terror attack that left two Israeli embassy staff members murdered in Washington, D.C.

Piker, a self-described socialist with over 2.8 million followers on Twitch, was suspended for what the platform described as the “improper handling of terrorist propaganda.” His offense? Floating the idea that the recent brutal attack might be a "false flag" a conspiracy theory aimed at undermining the reality of politically motivated violence.

The attack occurred Wednesday night, when Elias Rodriguez gunned down 30-year-old Yaron Lischinsky and 26-year-old Sarah Lynn Milgrim, both employees of the Israeli Embassy. The two were reportedly in a relationship and preparing to get engaged. After the shooting, Rodriguez shouted pro-Hamas slogans, admitted his motive was “for Gaza,” and waved a Palestinian kaffiyeh scarf all documented in an FBI affidavit.

But rather than condemn the violence or mourn the innocent lives lost, Piker used his platform to suggest the entire thing was suspiciously convenient. “You could not have designed a better false flag incident like this,” he claimed, while simultaneously trying to cover himself by insisting he wasn’t “Mr. False Flag.”

This is the state of the American Left’s new poster boy:

• In 2019, Piker infamously claimed the United States “deserved” 9/11, blaming American foreign policy.

• He continues to profit off a massive following of young men by pushing radical, often anti-American, narratives.

• Now, even as an actual terror attack unfolds on U.S. soil, he turns his lens not toward the victims but toward imagined conspiracies.

Let’s be clear: Rodriguez wasn’t subtle. He said exactly why he murdered two innocent people. “I did it for Gaza,” he yelled to law enforcement. He shouted “Free Palestine” as he was taken into custody. And yet, instead of confronting the rise of left-wing extremism and anti-Semitic violence, figures like Piker choose to obfuscate and distract.

Worse, liberal media continues to prop him up. The New York Times recently profiled Piker, suggesting he could help Democrats win back disillusioned young men. If this is the voice Democrats are betting on, it's no wonder they’re hemorrhaging support among voters who still value truth, decency, and basic national security.

Here’s the reality Democrats and their allies don’t want to face:

• Anti-Israel hate crimes in the U.S. have risen over 400% since October 2023.

• Over 80% of American Jews now say they feel less safe under the current administration.

• Public trust in media “influencers” like Piker is at historic lows, with Gen Z trust dropping to just 32% as of early 2025.

Piker may call it "press freedom." But when you're minimizing terrorism and spinning false narratives after two innocent people are slaughtered, you're not a journalist. You’re an enabler.
