Hamas Terrorists Feast Underground While Gaza Starves

Disturbing new video footage released by the Israeli Foreign Ministry shows Hamas terrorists feasting on stockpiled supplies in underground tunnels while civilians above ground face starvation. The video provides damning evidence that Hamas is hoarding resources and prioritizing its fighters over the suffering population of Gaza.

The Israeli Defense Force’s Arabic-language spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, condemned the hypocrisy of Hamas. “This is how the organization’s terrorists behave underground, far from the suffering of the population and contrary to the lie of starvation,” Adraee stated. “Once again, the blatant disregard of Hamas saboteurs for the suffering of the population is evident. This organization, which promotes lies to the world about alleged starvation, mocks the destruction it has inflicted on the sector’s residents. Oh people of Gaza, this is the truth: These saboteurs are not heroes, but thieves who care about themselves at your expense and hide in the tunnels out of fear of the consequences of their actions.”

The video further underscores several disturbing realities:

• Hamas is diverting food and supplies away from civilians and into its tunnel network.

• The terror group continues to manipulate global narratives by claiming a humanitarian crisis it is directly exacerbating.

• International aid organizations like the United Nations have been accused of allowing Hamas to seize and resell humanitarian aid, strengthening its grip on power.

The U.S.-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), which has been blocked from distributing food due to Hamas interference, sounded the alarm. “Hamas is holding up the ceasefire over who controls food aid. They’re demanding GHF be removed and the @UN put back in charge. Why? Because control of aid means control of Gaza. With the UN in charge, Hamas steals, taxes, resells, and stays in power,” the foundation posted on X.

Rev. Johnnie Moore, chairman of GHF, told the Epoch Times, “The UN trucks, when they arrive into the Gaza Strip, they are immediately either taken by Hamas or Hamas-affiliated groups that have guns and Hamas decides what to do with the food. We have one mission: to feed the people of Gaza in a way that Hamas, a designated terror organization, can’t steal the food. … One of the things that Hamas is trying to do is they were trying to make Gazans afraid to come to our distribution center. Hamas killed twelve of our local Gazan aid workers.”

Moore also slammed the broader international system that has allowed Hamas to thrive. “The problem with Gaza is the United Nations and other international organizations created a system which empowered virtually every bad actor to make a bad situation worse,” he said.

The footage is the latest evidence that Hamas is not only a threat to Israel but also to the very people it claims to represent. While the global media continues to focus on ceasefire negotiations, Gazans remain caught in a deadly cycle of terror and deprivation — perpetuated by Hamas’s iron grip on resources.
