Georgia Prosecutor Drops All Charges Against Trump
After Fani Willis was removed for misconduct, the case collapses in stunning victory for Trump and election integrity.

In a major blow to the Left’s ongoing political lawfare campaign, the case against President Donald Trump in Georgia has been officially dismissed. The witch hunt, led originally by disgraced Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, has collapsed under the weight of its own corruption and legal overreach.
On Wednesday, Peter Skandalakis, the state-appointed special prosecutor who took over after Willis was disqualified, filed a motion to dismiss all charges in the 2020 election interference case. The presiding judge approved the request, making it official. “The case is hereby dismissed in its entirety.”
Trump, rightly vindicated, celebrated the decision on Truth Social:
“LAW and JUSTICE have prevailed in the Great State of Georgia... This Illegal, Unconstitutional, and unAmerican Hoax was perpetrated... at the direction of Crooked Joe Biden and his ‘Handlers.’”
Here’s what led to the collapse:
Fani Willis was removed from the case after it was revealed she had a romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor she appointed to go after Trump a blatant abuse of power and ethics.
Skandalakis, a veteran prosecutor and former elected official, determined there was no legal foundation to continue. He noted clearly: “It is not illegal to question or challenge election results.”
The court recognized the case as politically motivated and legally unsustainable. There was no realistic prospect that Trump, as sitting president, would appear in a state trial, and prosecuting the co-defendants alone was deemed “illogical and unduly burdensome.”
Let that sink in. After years of media hysteria, partisan grandstanding, and an infamous mugshot that Democrats thought would be the nail in Trump’s political coffin, the entire Georgia case has been exposed for what it really was: a taxpayer-funded political hit job.
This dismissal is more than just a legal victory for Trump it’s a turning point in the fight against the weaponization of the justice system. Democrats, terrified of Trump’s return in 2024, have thrown everything at him. And yet, time and again, he walks out stronger, cleared, and more determined than ever.
A few facts worth remembering:
Over 60% of Americans now believe the justice system has become politicized, according to a recent RealClearPolitics poll.
Fani Willis’ conduct is still under review by the Georgia State Ethics Commission, and she could face serious repercussions for her role in this failed prosecution.
Trump continues to dominate the GOP primary field, leading Joe Biden in multiple battleground state polls ahead of the 2024 election.
This case was never about justice. It was about silencing a political opponent who dared to put America First. That strategy just blew up in their faces.
Let the record show: it is not a crime to question a rigged system.
