DOJ Staffer Fired After Flipping Off National Guard

Pam Bondi cleans house as anti-law enforcement radicals inside the DOJ show their true colors.

In a long-overdue move that highlights the ongoing purge of anti-American sentiment within the federal bureaucracy, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the firing of a Justice Department employee who was caught on security footage flipping off members of the National Guard in Washington, D.C.

The disgraced staffer, Elizabeth Baxter, reportedly told the troops to “f*** off” an appalling act of disrespect directed at the very men and women sworn to defend this nation. Baxter didn’t stop there. She bragged about the encounter to a security guard at the Department of Justice building on two separate occasions.

“Today, I took action to terminate a DOJ employee for inappropriate conduct towards National Guard service members in DC,” Bondi posted on X. “If you oppose our mission and disrespect law enforcement you will NO LONGER work at DOJ.”

Let that sink in. We now have federal employees who feel emboldened enough to not only insult our uniformed personnel but proudly admit it. These are the types of people that were coddled under the Biden administration individuals who think serving in government gives them a license to mock and attack the very institutions that uphold law and order.

And Baxter wasn’t the first. She worked in the same DOJ building as Sean Charles Dunn, another former employee who was fired and charged after hurling a Subway sandwich at a Customs and Border Protection officer, all while screaming “fascists” and profanities at federal agents. Dunn reportedly tried to flee after the assault but was captured on video by a bystander.

While a grand jury initially declined to indict Dunn on felony charges, federal prosecutors have now charged him with a misdemeanor a weak response, but at least a step toward accountability.

Bondi addressed both cases head-on, making it clear that the Deep State mindset infesting the DOJ is being rooted out.

“This is an example of the Deep State we have been up against for seven months as we work to refocus DOJ,” Bondi said. “You will NOT work in this administration while disrespecting our government and law enforcement.”

This is the type of leadership America needs unapologetic, decisive, and focused on restoring integrity within our institutions. The DOJ had become a breeding ground for radical left-wing ideology under the previous regime, but that tide is turning.

Consider this:

  • A 2023 Rasmussen poll found that 58% of likely voters believe the DOJ is influenced by political bias.

  • Over 70% of Republicans now say federal agencies have been weaponized against conservatives, according to a Gallup survey.

  • Meanwhile, violent attacks and threats against law enforcement have surged 44% in recent years, fueled by anti-police rhetoric from the radical Left.

Bondi’s actions should serve as a wake-up call: the days of government employees openly undermining America’s law enforcement and military are coming to an end. There’s a new sheriff in town and she’s not tolerating Deep State theatrics.

It’s time to clean house, top to bottom, and ensure that every agency, from DOJ to DHS, serves the American people not progressive ideology.
