Democrats Refuse to Release 2024 Election Autopsy Report

The Democratic Party just pulled the plug on its own 2024 election autopsy after completing it.

Yes, you read that right. The Democratic National Committee (DNC) confirmed last week that it would not release the official postmortem of the 2024 campaign, even though it was promised months ago. The reason? According to party insiders, it would “distract” from their efforts to move forward. In reality, it seems more like a desperate attempt to cover up the catastrophic failure of the Biden-Harris ticket and the meltdown that followed.

Democrats typically treat election autopsies like gold using them to spin their narratives and refocus their strategies. But when the results are too damning to reveal, they bury them.

DNC Chair Ken Martin, who had previously assured the public that the review would be transparent, reversed course last week, saying:

“We are aligned on what’s important… does this help us win? If the answer is no, it’s a distraction from the core mission.”

If the truth doesn’t serve the narrative, it won’t see the light of day.

This isn’t sitting well with everyone not even within their own ranks:

• Jeff Weaver, Bernie Sanders’ former campaign manager, called out the convenient silence: “Kamala Harris certainly benefits from not having an open discussion.”

• Lis Smith, adviser to Pete Buttigieg, nailed the sentiment: “I suspect the reasons why this isn’t being released are precisely the reasons why it should be.”

• Rebecca Katz, adviser to Sen. Ruben Gallego, asked the obvious: “How are Democrats going to learn from mistakes if we don’t even know the depth and breadth of those mistakes?”

The short answer? They won’t. And they don’t want to.

What’s worse is that the report reportedly never included a serious review of Joe Biden’s refusal to step aside, or the disaster that followed when Kamala Harris became the de facto Democratic nominee. The party knew Biden was collapsing months before the election, yet they backed him until the bitter end. Then they handed the reins to Harris, a deeply unpopular figure who, as Fox News’ Joey Jones said bluntly, was “a terrible messenger for a terrible message.”

It’s no wonder the report is being hidden. The reality is this:

• Kamala Harris’ approval rating hovered in the 30s throughout 2024, making her one of the least-liked presidential candidates in modern history.

• Joe Biden's mental fitness became a dominant campaign issue, with over 70% of voters expressing concerns about his cognitive health.

• The 2024 election saw record losses for Democrats in key swing states, where the so-called “coalition of the ascendant” simply didn’t show up.

Even CNN host Kasie Hunt admitted the obvious: burying the report only reinforces the belief that Democrats are out of touch and unaccountable.

This is exactly why voters rejected them. Americans are tired of the gaslighting. They're tired of a party that claims to fight for “democracy” while hiding the results of its own democratic defeat. The refusal to release the autopsy is more than just political cowardice it’s an indictment of the entire leadership structure.

Meanwhile, the GOP is surging into 2028 with momentum, clarity, and a message that actually resonates with working Americans. The Democrats? They’re busy pretending the 2024 election never happened.
