California Sheriff Blames Democrat Leaders For Letting LA Riots Spiral

The chaos unfolding in Los Angeles is no accident, according to Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco. As violent riots erupted in response to ICE enforcement actions, Bianco says Democrat leaders deliberately allowed the situation to spiral out of control for political gain.

“We know how to stop these,” Bianco stated bluntly. “It was not handled correctly. Law enforcement knows how to end this, but politics prevented it.”

For five straight days, violent mobs have assaulted officers, torched vehicles, and destroyed property while attempting to obstruct ICE from arresting criminal illegal aliens. Bianco emphasized that in his own county, none of this would have been tolerated.

During a press conference, Mayor Bass outrageously claimed the riots were “provoked by the White House” and accused federal agents of conducting a “national experiment.” Bianco blasted these comments as reckless, stating, “They enjoy criminal behavior because it creates an environment they can politically take control of and act like they’re the heroes for saving us, when the reality is they created it.”

According to Bianco, law enforcement officers on the front lines were left frustrated and powerless as they were ordered to stand down. “The vast majority of the cops that are on the line want to end the rioting,” he said. “They want to arrest the people that are throwing things at them, vandalizing property, starting fires. But they can’t until leadership allows them.”

Bianco stressed the need for decisive action “An overwhelming show of force and zero tolerance for criminal activity is the solution. Then you can have a legitimate protest. What we have now are just riots.”

Unlike police chiefs who can be fired at any moment by politicians, sheriffs in California are elected and independent. “There is not one politician that could affect how I handled my riots,” Bianco stated.

President Trump took decisive action, deploying 4,000 National Guardsmen and 700 Marines to assist local law enforcement and secure areas where ICE was conducting operations. Predictably, Democrats responded with outrage, with Governor Newsom filing an emergency motion to block what he called an “unlawful militarization” of Los Angeles.

“They know the military will never be used against citizens it’s against the law,” Bianco clarified. “These disingenuous politicians want the public to believe otherwise, which is disgusting.”

While Democrats scramble to rewrite the timeline and blame Trump for the unrest, Bianco made it clear: this disaster was fueled by their own political gamesmanship and refusal to back law enforcement from the start.
