Chaos Erupts at California Cannabis Farms as Trump Admin Targets Illegal Labor
ICE raids uncover child labor and violent resistance as Democrats defend illegal workers over law enforcement.

A federally coordinated immigration raid at California marijuana farms spiraled into violent clashes Thursday, with federal agents facing off against protesters, tear gas being deployed, and shots fired all over the arrest of illegal aliens working at state-licensed cannabis operations.
The dramatic scenes unfolded at Glass House Farms facilities in Camarillo and Carpinteria, where federal authorities executed warrants targeting illegal immigrants allegedly working at the farms, which remain illegal under federal law despite California’s local licenses.
Ten minors, all illegal aliens eight unaccompanied were found at the Camarillo site, now under investigation for child labor violations.
Protesters arrived on scene after news of the raids spread, prompting authorities to deploy tear gas and smoke bombs to push back the aggressive crowd.
One individual allegedly fired a weapon at federal agents the FBI is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
Helicopters flew low over the fields to flush out hiding workers, while multiple people were detained and seven injured, according to Ventura County officials.
While the operation revealed serious violations, Democrat officials rushed to condemn law enforcement, not the lawbreakers.
California Governor Gavin Newsom who has routinely slammed President Trump’s America First immigration agenda accused federal agents of terrorizing communities.
“Trump calls me ‘Newscum’ but he’s the real scum,” Newsom raged on X, accompanied by a video of people running from tear gas.
But Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Rodney Scott set the record straight:
“Ten juveniles were found at this marijuana facility all illegal aliens, 8 of them unaccompanied. It’s now under investigation for child labor violations.”
Democrat Rep. Salud Carbajal and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass joined the outrage chorus, accusing the Trump administration of “overkill” and “militarization.” Carbajal even said, “We don’t do that in America.”
Actually, we do we enforce the law. And under President Trump, that means ending illegal labor operations, rescuing exploited minors, and putting American jobs and safety first.
Let’s be clear:
These were federally illegal drug operations employing illegal immigrant labor, including children.
ICE and federal agents were enforcing immigration law not staging political theater, but protecting the American workforce and upholding national sovereignty.
Yet California Democrats are more concerned with shielding lawbreakers than protecting vulnerable minors or respecting federal law. Their outrage isn’t about justice it’s about maintaining their sanctuary policies, no matter the cost to public safety.
As the lawsuits mount and Newsom plays the victim, Trump’s administration is doing what others refuse to enforce the law, protect children, and put American citizens first.
