Brett Favre Endorses Trump, Urges Supporters to ‘Bench Kamala’
Favre slams Biden’s “garbage” remark, touts Trump’s leadership as America’s “star quarterback.”

NFL legend Brett Favre took the stage at a packed rally in Green Bay, Wisconsin, this week, voicing his support for Donald Trump and calling out President Joe Biden over his recent remark referring to Trump supporters as “garbage.” Speaking to the crowd at the Resch Center, Favre a three-time NFL MVP and Super Bowl champion underscored what he believes is a critical moment for America, saying, “There’s never been a more important time in our lives than right now in this election.”
The rally, which was filled with fans chanting “Go Pack Go,” saw Favre lay out his support for Trump by drawing a comparison with his own success on the field. “Much like the Packer organization, Donald Trump and his organization is a winner,” Favre said. “The United States of America won with his leadership.”
He went on to address Biden’s comment calling Trump supporters “garbage,” a remark that sparked widespread backlash. “I can assure you, we’re not garbage,” Favre said, as he scanned the crowd. “How dare he say that. Looking out, I see police officers, teachers, nurses, grandparents, students. I see everyday Americans that make this country great.”
Favre didn’t shy away from highlighting the serious challenges Americans face under the current administration:
Inflation: Favre called out the soaring cost of living, noting that many Wisconsin families are struggling to keep up as their incomes lag behind inflation.
Fentanyl Crisis: Favre pointed to the spike in fentanyl-related deaths, noting that 50 lives were lost to overdoses in Brown County last year alone.
Foreign Policy and Safety: Citing global tensions, Favre warned of the growing risk of conflict, suggesting that Biden’s leadership could lead Americans into an international crisis.
Favre closed with a powerful endorsement of Trump, urging the country to “bench Kamala” and “put in the star quarterback.” “I have lived the American dream,” Favre said. “But I want to make sure the future generations get to as well. And that would be my grandson Parker and his two brothers. So remember this: let’s make America great again.”
Favre’s public endorsement of Trump comes as both Trump and Harris spend significant time campaigning in Wisconsin, a key battleground state in 2024. With Favre’s rally cry energizing Trump supporters in Green Bay, the race in Wisconsin just got even hotter.
