Bondi Says Real Constitutional Crisis Is Left’s Abuse of the Courts

Attorney General Pam Bondi pushed back hard Sunday against the latest media narrative that President Donald Trump is creating a "constitutional crisis" with his second-term executive actions. In reality, Bondi says, the true crisis is coming from the weaponization of the judicial system by activist lawyers and far-left judges attempting to derail Trump’s America First agenda.

“Since January 20th, we’ve had over 170 lawsuits filed against us,” Bondi told Fox News Sunday. “That should be the constitutional crisis right there.”

That’s not a typo. Over 170 lawsuits. More than 50 injunctions. It’s legal warfare, not against illegal actions, but against a president doing exactly what the voters elected him to do.

Despite left-wing fears that Trump may ignore Supreme Court rulings, Bondi was crystal clear: “The president is going to comply with the law.” But she noted that the endless barrage of lawsuits has created a chaotic legal environment where district courts from California to D.C. are issuing contradictory rulings, often within minutes of each other.

Here’s what’s really going on:

• A coordinated campaign of lawsuits designed to bog down the administration with legal red tape

• Leftist judges undermining national policy from the bench

• Legal victories, such as a 5-4 Supreme Court ruling allowing Trump to suspend $65 million in DEI-linked teacher training grants, being followed by immediate counter-suits in other jurisdictions

• Key policy areas military readiness, education, and immigration being held hostage by rogue courts

Bondi cited one outrageous example where the administration won an appeal on military readiness in one court, only to have the exact same case filed in California and lost within minutes.

“It’s basically a game of whack-a-mole with these district court judges,” she said. “They believe they have a tremendous amount of power.”

They do but only because the judicial system has become a playground for partisan operatives in black robes. And this is no accident. It’s lawfare a deliberate campaign to paralyze the Trump administration through the courts because the Left can’t beat him at the ballot box.

Bondi made it clear that the president is undeterred. “He’s implementing [his] agenda at a rapid speed,” she said. “None of us can keep up with him every single day.”

As always, Trump is doing exactly what he said he would: cutting bloated spending, defending national defense policy, and rolling back radical DEI programs. And for that, the Left wants him tied down in courtrooms from coast to coast.

But Bondi isn’t backing down. “We’re going to be very successful on all of these,” she said confidently.

The real constitutional crisis isn’t Trump’s use of executive power it’s the Left’s relentless abuse of the courts to stop the American people’s agenda. And make no mistake, they’ll keep playing this game until they’re defeated in court or at the ballot box once again.
