Charlie Kirk Targeted in Profanity-Laced Rant by Rapper Who Cried ‘Death to IDF’
The performer, already under fire for chanting “Death to the IDF,” mocks the conservative leader’s murder during concert.

British rapper Bob Vylan is drawing outrage after using a live concert to celebrate the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. From a stage draped in a Palestinian flag, the performer launched into a tirade mocking Kirk’s death and even made gun gestures while the crowd cheered.
“I want to dedicate this next one to an absolute piece of s*** of a human being,” Vylan shouted before declaring Kirk’s pronouns were “Was/Were.” He added, “If you talk s***, you will get banged. Rest in peace, Charlie Kirk, you piece of s***.”
The stunt was followed by laughter, dancing, and more cheering from the audience an appalling scene as the founder of Turning Point USA was laid to rest after being assassinated at just 31 years old.
This isn’t the first time Vylan has pushed violent rhetoric. Earlier this summer at Glastonbury, one of the U.K.’s biggest music festivals, he led the crowd in chants of “Free Palestine” and “Death to the IDF.” The incident was serious enough that local police considered pressing charges, and festival organizers themselves condemned his performance, saying his words crossed into “antisemitism, hate speech or incitement to violence.”
Despite that controversy, Vylan doubled down this time targeting an American conservative leader who had been gunned down in public just days earlier.
The response from much of the media has been muted, in stark contrast to how they would react if a left-wing activist had been assassinated and mocked on stage. Instead of wall-to-wall outrage, there’s indifference when conservatives are the target of hate.
Kirk’s assassination has already revealed a disturbing trend of leftist activists and even educators openly celebrating his death. Now entertainers like Vylan are joining the chorus, turning political violence into spectacle.
Charlie Kirk was a husband, father, and one of the most influential conservative voices of his generation. For artists to use his death as fodder for applause lines is not only grotesque it shows just how deep the rot of left-wing ideology has penetrated popular culture.
The line between free expression and outright incitement is not blurry here. Celebrating political murder from the stage is not art, it’s hate speech. And it’s a chilling warning of what happens when the Left’s rhetoric of “resistance” turns into open applause for violence.
