Biden Claims His Foreign Policy Team Is the Most Competent in History

As Joe Biden’s disastrous presidency comes to a merciful end, he made one last bizarre and delusional claim: that his administration built "one of the most competent foreign policy teams in American history." Given the world is in chaos due to his policies, the statement is beyond laughable it’s downright insulting.

Let’s take a look at what Biden’s “competent” foreign policy team has actually accomplished:

• The Afghanistan catastrophe: Biden’s rushed and botched withdrawal in August 2021 led to the deaths of 13 U.S. service members, left behind billions in military equipment, and emboldened terrorists worldwide.

• The Russia-Ukraine war: Putin saw Biden’s weakness and seized the opportunity, invading Ukraine in 2022 something he never did under Trump. The war has dragged on for years, costing hundreds of billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars.

• The collapse of U.S. influence in Africa: Russian forces, along with local militias, pushed America out of key counterterrorism zones, further destabilizing the region.

• Iran’s regional war against Israel: Under Biden’s watch, Iranian-backed Hamas terrorists launched a barbaric attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, killing over 1,200 civilians. Other Iranian terror groups soon followed, escalating the war. Biden’s response? Weak appeasement of Iran.

• China’s massive cyberattack: The U.S. has faced its largest cyberattack in history from China an attack still ongoing. Biden’s administration has done nothing in response.

Despite all of this, Biden had the audacity to claim, “We’ve come through those tests stronger.” Stronger? The world has never been more unstable, our enemies have never been bolder, and America’s standing has never been weaker.

With Trump set to return to office, America will finally have real leadership on the world stage again not the disastrous appeasement and incompetence that defined the last four years.
