AOC Acknowledges Advising Illegal Immigrants on Evading Law Enforcement

The radical congresswoman doubles down on aiding lawbreakers while attacking the Trump administration.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has openly admitted to advising illegal immigrants on how to evade law enforcement, defending her actions as “informing constituents of their constitutional protections.”

  • AOC’s remarks come amid renewed efforts to crack down on illegal immigration.

  • Former Border Czar Tom Homan has called for a DOJ investigation into her actions.

  • The congresswoman claims the Trump administration is “bluffing” and engaging in authoritarian tactics.

During an NPR interview last week, Ocasio-Cortez was directly confronted about her guidance to illegal immigrants. Instead of denying the accusation, she proudly confirmed it: “I was giving advice to all of my constituents, yeah.” This admission has sparked outrage, as she essentially confessed to instructing illegal aliens on how to break U.S. law.

Homan, who previously served as acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), has reached out to the Department of Justice to determine whether AOC’s actions constitute a criminal offense. “She is encouraging people to continue violating U.S. law. That is aiding and abetting,” Homan stated.

AOC, however, remains defiant. Instead of addressing the legal concerns, she attacked the Trump administration, calling its actions “authoritarian” and dismissing the threat of legal repercussions as a “bluff.” But her attempts to deflect won’t change the fact that she is actively undermining law enforcement efforts to secure the border and protect American citizens.

The Biden administration’s disastrous open-border policies have already created a crisis, allowing record numbers of illegal crossings and contributing to a surge in crime. Now, radical Democrats like AOC are doubling down, not only refusing to enforce the law but actively helping illegal immigrants dodge accountability.

With the Trump administration back in charge, expect a renewed focus on enforcing immigration laws and holding those who undermine them accountable.
